Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join Creative Werk Designs.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and digital platforms. Your role will involve understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing interfaces that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences. From research and concept development to final design execution, you will play a crucial role in shaping user journeys and improving product performance.

Your responsibilities will include designing user interfaces, conducting user research, improving usability, and ensuring consistency across all digital products. You will also work on optimizing designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and modern design standards.

Objectives of this role

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI/UX experiences for web and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to create effective and user-centered design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and aligned with modern UI/UX and web design best practices.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science / IT, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts clearly.
